Products and availability
Check the product model, size, capacity, voltage, accessories and listed specifications before ordering. Images help illustrate the product; screen colour and manufacturer packaging may vary. We do not substitute a materially different model without your agreement. An out-of-stock listing is not an offer of immediate delivery.
Prices and ordering
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. The checkout summary sets out the total, including any applicable taxes, before payment. Standard home delivery within the Philippines costs ₱0. A price or listing error will be explained before we ask you to accept a correction; if you do not agree, an affected paid order will be cancelled and refunded.
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be legally able to enter a purchase contract. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order, not a completed payment or dispatch. We confirm fulfilment after checking payment and availability. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the affected amount rather than make an unauthorised substitution.
Payment and delivery
Stripe is the only payment provider for website orders. We do not accept cash on delivery or direct bank transfers. Delivery estimates are described in the shipping policy and may be affected by circumstances outside reasonable control. Please contact us about a missing delivery; tracking status alone does not remove your rights if goods have not been received.
Returns and remedies
Our returns policy offers a 14-day return request period for qualifying unused goods and explains defect claims and refunds. Statutory rights concerning defective, misdescribed or incorrect goods remain in place. Manufacturer warranties are additional to applicable rights against the seller.
Using this website
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or use another person’s payment details without authority. Keep account login details private. Product trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Content may not be copied for commercial redistribution without the relevant permission.
Questions, disputes and updates
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve an issue. These terms are governed by Philippine law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or access to the DTI, National Privacy Commission or competent courts. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms apply to future orders; the version applicable when an order was placed continues to govern that order.
