DV Appliances Trading offers free standard home delivery within the Philippines. There is no minimum order value. Standard shipping costs ₱0; we do not add a separate handling or remote-area shipping charge. International delivery and cash on delivery are not offered.
Processing and estimated delivery times
Paid orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, subject to confirmed stock and payment clearance. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays.

Processing time is additional to transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Island routes, remote locations, severe weather, public holidays and courier disruption can take longer. If we become aware of a significant delay or cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
Getting your order to you
Enter a complete residential delivery address, postcode and reachable Philippine telephone number. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Contact us promptly if your address needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a delivery attempt is missed, contact us to arrange the next available delivery with the courier.
Once the order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided when the courier makes it available. Check your parcel when it arrives and contact us if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect. An unboxing video is not a condition for exercising your legal rights.
