Information we collect and why
- Orders and delivery: your name, billing and delivery address, telephone number, email address, purchased items and order communications, to fulfil an order and provide support.
- Accounts: account contact details, login credentials in protected form and order history, when you choose to create an account.
- Payments: payment status, transaction references and limited payment-method information supplied by Stripe. Full card numbers and card security codes are handled through Stripe’s payment interface.
- Technical information: IP address, browser information, essential session cookies and security logs, to operate the store, maintain the basket and help prevent fraud or abuse.
- Support: information you provide for a delivery issue, return, warranty or privacy request.
We process information as needed to take steps requested by you, perform a purchase contract, meet legal and accounting obligations, and protect the legitimate security interests of the store and customers. Where optional processing requires consent, you can refuse or withdraw it without losing access to unrelated services.
Sharing and payment processing
Necessary information is shared with delivery providers, hosting and technical service providers, and professional advisers where needed. Stripe receives payment and transaction information to process payments, authentication, fraud checks and refunds. Read Stripe’s privacy policy for its handling of personal information. Service providers may process information outside the Philippines; applicable contractual and legal safeguards apply. We do not sell customer contact details.
Cookies and optional marketing
Essential cookies support the basket, checkout, account login and security. See our cookie policy. This store currently does not deploy advertising pixels or optional analytics. We do not enrol you in promotional messages simply because you place an order.
Retention and protection
Order and payment records are retained for the applicable accounting, tax, warranty and dispute periods. Account information is kept while the account is maintained, subject to legal retention duties. Support records and security logs are kept only as long as needed for their purpose. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required. Access is limited to people who need the information for their work; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to Philippine law, you may request information, access, correction, erasure or blocking, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We may need proportionate identity verification before releasing or changing personal information. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission. This policy will be updated when our processing changes, with the revision date shown below.
